I honestly cannot tell you the number of times I've been stopped after a talk by someone who tells me they've never heard anyone say what I say.   They're shocked to learn they're not alone. That they're not strange for feeling the pain they feel even now, as adults, over their parents' divorce. They tell me they didn't know people can change their sexual orientation, that there's no scientific basis for "born that way" propaganda.   They cry over the children they didn't have because they put their career first, believing they could start a family later. Until it was too late.   The media and society try to tell us that abortion regret doesn't exist, that the kids are resilient and better off when their parents split. That you can have the sex lives you want with no consequences.   That you can have it all. The world is lying. The "freedom" of the Sexual Revolution is the biggest lie of all.   People are hurting. We're here to help.   When you support the Ruth Institute, you help us reach more people with the truth, with support, with resources, and with understanding. Recently, we received a response to a Dr. J Show on why therapy for unwanted same-sex attraction should be protected.   A formerly gay man wrote back simply, yet emphatically: "THANK YOU!!!"   What we do changes lives for the better.   The world is against us.
